Anyone can take a photo. What Christine Johnson (LRPS DPAGB BPE5) has is an excellent eye for something beautiful and different and the technical ability to make it work. This combined with the willingness to rise to a challenge and the desire to continue to learn and push the boundaries, makes a winning combination.

PawsforaPhoto is based in Warrington, Cheshire and is run by Christine Johnson.

Christine has run a pet sitting business called ICPaws since 1993, so has a good rapport and plenty of experience with a wide range of animals.

Christine has obtained the photography qualifications of CPAGB, DPAGB, LRPS and BPE5 and continues to learn and develop new skills and techniques.

In 2019 Christine was delighted to win the Portrait section of the International Pet Photographer of the Year.

Christine has been widely published, inclusive of Cheshire Life, The Guardian, travel magazines including Lonely Planet, local newspapers, on pet food and on the BBCs Springwatch.

Photos have also been in exhibitions.

Christine has won various photography competitions and has been shortlisted for Wildlife and Travel photographer of the Year, Faith Through a Lens, the Sony Awards and with several travel companies.

Christine's photos can be found on Flickr, where she has completed two 365 projects. http://www.flickr.com/photos/christinewillis/
